The Research Methodology programme explores a wide range of research methods commonly adopted across various academic disciplines and professional contexts, including business, engineering and the social sciences. This programme provides knowledge for researchers to understand the fundamentals of both quantitative and qualitative research methods as they apply across disciplines. The essential stages of the research process are covered, from the identification and development of research questions, the design of research projects, conducting literature reviews, methods of data collection and analysis and the reporting on research outcomes through publication, conference presentations and the media.

The programme is designed to be suitable for postgraduate students and PhD candidates as well as graduates working in industry and the professions who see the benefits of gaining a more comprehensive understanding and experience in the research process.
Delivery
The programme will be delivered by the Giles Brooker Research Centre and its international team of Research & Development Associates based in various countries across the Indo-Pacific Region.
GBRC will use a blended mode of delivery with a combination of online and face to face sessions, including individual coaching opportunities.

Nilesh studied a Semester Abroad in Unitec Institute of Technology. He says that: "My first impression of New Zealand was out of the world. The cultural diversity of New Zealand is an amazing experience, full of surprises and astonishment. I lived in Auckland and I really don’t have words to share my joy. I travelled around New Zealand exploring the scenic landscapes. I met lots of people and made friends from New Zealand and other countries, which will be a good memory throughout my life. I did my semester abroad at UNITEC Institute of Technology In Auckland. The benefit that I gained by studying at UNITEC, New Zealand at personal and professional level is the chance to study with other students and teachers from different countries. In summary, I am really grateful to my parents, Manipal Staffs and Giles Brooker Education who helped and gave me the privilege to succeed and pursue my study, as well as to live an outstanding life in New Zealand to improve my academic and cultural knowledge.
Sherwyn has completed his Bachelor of Tourism in the University of Waikato. He says that "the experience in New Zealand was one of the best that I have ever had. Travelling to a new country was a bit scary at the beginning as I had to travel on my own, however, I had family in Auckland and I felt a lot more comfortable and secure having them around. The people of New Zealand were very friendly and more than anything humble. There was not one moment where we were helpless as we had help from all sides. The University of Waikato truly was amazing. The staff and students were extremely friendly and would go out of the way to help. Food was never a problem for me and I did not miss home food as I am a fitness enthusiast and loved preparing healthy food for myself and sometimes for my mates. I am a resident of Goa and so I really missed the extra socializing part from home. That was the only part which I felt was missing in New Zealand. For students wanting to study in New Zealand, I must say go for it and experience a different world and I say its a different world because the beauty in that country is something that cannot be found anywhere else. Pradyut also completed a Bachelor of Tourism in the University of Waikato. His father Mr. Ashok Ganapathy says that "When my son was admitted to BHMTT course in WGSHA, Manipal University and had orientation, he was clear that he will go to Waikato University to complete the course. At the beginning of the 3rd semester, he got in touch with GBE representative in Manipal for the formalities required. Right from that time to the day he landed in New Zealand, GBE was instrumental in giving right directions to him and make him comfortable in undergoing all the processes required for admission. GBE was of great help in ensuring all the correct forms were filled. After getting the offer letter, they helped in getting appointment for medicals for visa, guided us correctly in fulfilling all visa requirements, co-ordinated excellently with Waikato University to complete hostel accommodation, fees and all such related matters. In case of my son, when there was a delay in visa, they helped in getting an extension letter from the University to enable the visa process to be expedited. When my son landed in Auckland, the Chairman of GBE was at the airport to receive him and give some last minute tips. Subsequently also they have been in touch with him for any help required and have also met him and other students from Manipal to get feedback about any problems faced by them. I would definitely like to express my gratitude and sincere thanks to Ms.Prabha Govindasamy and Mr. Balamurugan of their Coimbatore office for the excellent co-ordination work and all other help rendered to us in ensuring Pradyut, my son, goes to Waikato University. He is enjoying his studies at Waikato and always tells us that the mode and style of study in NZ is so good and practical, that he enjoys giving his best in all study related matters. The faculty and administrative personnel in the University are excellent and are always willing to help in any situation".
Alfred studied the Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics in Massey University. His father Mr. Moses says: "I am Moses V.A., parent of Alfred Moses doing his BE Hons in Mechatronics at Massey university New Zealand. I am residing at Trichur, Kerala,India. I feel that the decision I took to send my son to New Zealand for studies is in right direction. Alfred now completed his six semesters. In 2016 Nov he will complete his degree. Giles Brooker Education guided me in everything to send my son to New Zealand. They gave me all information about universities, colleges and polytechnics. I opted for Massey university as it is best for Mechatronics BE. If one can afford the fees and the student ready to work hard for his or her future, this is good choice.
