Giles Brooker Academy helps students who wish to undertake part of their study programme in India. All study is in quality-assured institutions with which we have a long and deep relationship. We work with the institutions to ensure that they offer robust pastoral-care services. Students will also be supported by the staff in our offices.
Options exist for short-term experiential courses or credit-bearing courses that can be credited back to your Diploma or Degree programme. Some courses will take place during southern or northern hemisphere university summer breaks. Other courses will last a full semester.
Students in fields such as nursing or social work/community development may be able to undertake a practicum/fieldwork programme in conjunction with one of our partner institutions in India.
Indian institutes and universities offer a wide range of educational programmes at all levels. Full-time study at Diploma, Bachelors , Masters and PhD levels are all very good options.

As you progress towards achieving your immediate study goals, you may need to reflect on how to turn these to the best advantage in planning your long-term career and the life-long learning that will need to accompany it. Giles Brooker Academy can arrange special career counselling services to provide independent career advice, tailored to your personal needs and aspirations, at strategic points during your study programme.
Students will need to have a passport, with validity at least 6 months beyond the term of your planned study programme, a student visa issued by the Government of India, and will need to make travel arrangements. We will provide support to arrange your study visa. We will provide free advice on the most convenient and reliable travel arrangements and guide students to reputable travel agents should this be required.
Giles Brooker Academy’s offices in India provide a back-up to students who enrol through us and to help students get the best out of their international experience.
